Romans 15 says "may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." That is not hope manufactured by circumstances going well. It is hope that flows from the Holy Spirit and does not depend on outcomes. That kind of hope is available to you right now exactly as you are.
