Any tips on how to give your eyes some self care after staring at screens all day?

Cold eye masks help me!

Hi Kathryn… I often allow my eyes to stare off, unfocused, into the distant landscape. Also, my mum taught me to cut cold cumbers into circles and rest them on my eyes, turning them over as they heat up. This really cools and soothes tired eyes.
