Sometimes when life is hard or things happen, we can feel deeply ashamed, even if it wasn’t our fault. Shame can look like so many things I didn’t realize! This really opened my eyes and reminded me that we are doing the best we can at any given time and punishing ourselves with shameful feelings, is not helpful! Acceptance, forgiveness, learning and moving forward serve us and the ones who love us, more 🙏
