Well done for remaining unplugged! I’ve been prioritizing more and better quality of sleep last week and it’s made a big difference…. This week I’m going to up my water intake and down my sugar too.
I stayed mostly unplugged for my long weekend. My overall annual physical was better than last year…my weight still kicked up acouple more pounds.
New goal: get back on the water consumption and no eating calories-especially sugar, after 4p or no less than 3 hours prior to bedtime.
