Thats so good. How long is your yoga session? Do you have a particular routine you follow?
I've been just doing child's pose, cat cow, and lying on my front with my knees bent and feet up and then same on my back, and twisting my legs to each side.
And it does actually help me sleep. I have chronic pain so that's about the right level for me
