Feeling a sinus infection coming on, anyone have any suggestions how to get on top of it before it becomes a proper infection?!! I’m using saline spray but it’s not working 🥲
I drink this tea that always helps me whenever I get a sinus infection. It helps me fight off colds too.
ACV Lemon Tea:
• A Mug with Warm Water (8oz)
• 1 tbsp ~ Apple Cider Vinegar 🍎 (With the Mother)
• 1 tbsp ~ Lemon Juice 🍋
• 1 tbsp ~ Honey 🍯
• 1 tsp ~ Cinnamon.
• A Light Sprinkle ~ Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Oh no… I hate when I get sinus infections… I was going to suggest saline solution but maybe you need to get something stronger as it’s already progressed?
