I’ve really been trying to make changes for my sleep health and it’s making such a difference! I go to bed very early and read or journal and then fall asleep after a few hours but feel so much more rested for it! That space I now give myself, allows my over active brain to tire itself out! So I manange to drop off by 10.30/11pm which is better than the 2am from before!
