AZARIAH L the problem is that he is still conflicted if he wants to be in the marriage and I am trying to save it. So he explodes when I talk about couples counseling etc. He has anxiety and depression to which level I dkt know but it's out of control

That's fantastic that you continue to do one on one therapy. Working with a professional to learn how to not only manage and live with your diagnosis but thrive in spite of the challenges your facing. I would suggest talking to your husband about couple's counseling. Sometimes it's good to bring a third opinion to the table. And then you are not facing your problems on your own. You have someone who is able to support you and your husband through these difficult conversations. Meditation I think is a great way to help calm the nerves and I highly suggest it. Meditation has sincerely helped my mother, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in her ealry 20s, throughout her life. Hope this helps.

Hi every one it's me again. I have been on meds for 7 days I believe it takes 3 to 4 weeks to kick in. My husband is still conflicting with his decision about divorce. How ever I'm continuing my one on one counseling. I work in a extremely stressful environment where I panic even get paranoid that things aren't right. I work at reception so I have to put this act up everyday. My husband is set in his ways believes chemical imbalance won't change anything but daily I prove my changes. Whether he notices I don't know. His hot then cold. I have no idea what to do any advice?
