I have studied both for about 10 years at this point, It varies depending on who you ask but I find that both can overlap in trait behavior depending on placement of specific signs in your chart. I have Adhd which has almost identical behaviors to my placement of gemini/aquarius, I also have borderline personality disorder which is an emotional detachment disorder, that has deep similarities to both my capricorn and extensive aquarius placements. For me they go hand in hand and just overlap really well in some places of my chart and mental health diagnosis'. Which can make it both very clarifying and frustrating, but interesting none the less.
