I have such a bad habit of responding to messages after hours for my business and working on weekends! This is definitely a boundary I need to work on! Anyone else?

Yes, it can be taxing but definitely worth working towards learning how to leave work at home when we leave. I’m still working on it but I’m much better!

It’s so easy to let work spill into all hours, especially when you care about what you do. But setting that boundary is such an important form of self respect. You deserve time to recharge.
