How do you ‘switch off’ or protect yourself as an intuitive? Sometimes I can’t filter or turn it off.

It’s really interesting to hear how intuitives experience that. It must take a lot of awareness to learn how to manage that sensitivity.

I’m a highly sensitive and intuitive person but for sure my weakness is being able to ‘switch off or filter out’ … I’m practicing, so that’s a start!

I stand the grass barefoot and visualize a white light around my body. ❤️
