I know that with great love, comes great pain, for when you lose someone you love so much, life will never be the same. Yet I know that I was lucky, to have someone to miss so much, even on the days the grief has me feeling lost, and somewhat out of touch. I will always hold such gratitude, for to truly love, is to live, a heavy price to pay, the grief I am burdened with. Yet if I had the choice, I'd choose you over and over again, because having the gift of loving you, will always be worth every ounce of pain, and I hold on to the faith that one day, we will be together again.
