Once you master the ability to not let how you feel control what you do you become unstoppable. This doesn't mean you don't let yourself feel everything or pause to catch your breath when life has knocked the air from your lungs, it means you get up and carry on despite those feelings. Your heart could be broken, ripped open and you continue to push through anyway You could be filled with anger but don't let it consume you or become aggressive. You could be anxious but feel the fear and do the thing you're scared of anyway. It means that no matter what life throws your way or how that makes you feel you keep going, you may take a rest when it's needed but then you push through knowing that there is life to be lived regardless of how you're feeling.
