It’s easy to compare, but everyone’s path is unique and unfolds at its own pace. You’re not behind, you’re just on your journey. 🫶

It’s also important to compare yourself to your own progress from last year and the year before…. Not against other people’s. We’ve all had to deal with different things on our journeys, so only you know if you’re miles behind on your own goals.

It can feel like that sometimes but I think it’s all part of the process. As long as you are doing your best, then keep going!
