I personally use an AI journal (thought I know that not everybody is conformable with that.)
I also enjoy meditation or listening to affirmations.
Hello. I always find it difficult to remain positive especially during times where I'm overwhelmed. A way I use to stay positive is to journal my feelings and the reasons why. I've been trying to find ways to turn what I perceived as negative thoughts into a more constructive yet positive message for myself. I'm curious, what are other ways everyone else does to stay positive?
