Spring is a quiet invitation to begin again. 🌱✨ Not in some huge, overwhelming way—but in small, gentle shifts that remind you you’re alive, growing, and allowed to change 🌸💜 Here are some simple ways to refresh your life this spring: 🌿 Clean one small space (a drawer, your car, your nightstand) 🌷 Open your windows and let fresh air move through your space 🌳 Plant something—flowers, herbs, or even a tiny tree 🕯️ Create a simple ritual (light a candle, set an intention, breathe) 📓 Start a fresh journal page—no pressure, just begin 🎶 Make a new playlist that feels like you right now 🚶♀️ Take a slow walk in nature and actually notice what’s changing 🧺 Donate or release things you’ve outgrown ☀️ Sit in the sun for a few minutes and do absolutely nothing 💧 Drink more water—think of it as watering yourself 🎨 Create something messy and imperfect (art, poetry, anything) 🌼 Check in with yourself—what part of me is ready to bloom? You don’t have to reinvent your whole life. Just tend to it, gently 🌱💜 What is one way you can refresh your life this spring? ☯️ I’m going to start a small garden. I had a beautiful one at my old house (here are photos—check out the black violets!) but I haven’t grown anything yet in my new yard. The garden is sacred to me because you have to nurture and cultivate its beauty.
