I think isolation is something every human being needs at some point, not because the world is too much but because you deserve to know yourself without all the noise around you. You don't always need another person to feel full or alive, sometimes the real connection you're missing is with your own self, your own thoughts, your own quiet. When you spend time alone like that, you start understanding yourself in a deeper way, what you actually feel, what you actually want, what truly matters to you without anyone else influencing it. Learn to sit with your own thoughts without running away from them. Get to know what makes you happy without needing validation, what fulfills you without someone else confirming it. The more you grow comfortable in your own presence, the less you will depend on others to fill spaces that were never empty to begin with. And when you finally reach that point, you won't be searching for someone to complete you, you'll simply be choosing people who add to the life you already feel whole in.
Others want to hear from you, so why not share your thoughts ☁️
