Once you understand that many people are not well spiritually and are fighting demonic battles internally while taking it out on you, you will discover that matching energy is an unwise approach. Pray for them and remove yourself from the anxiety of disagreement and attack. You cannot match the energy of a demonic attack. A demon does not get tired.
