One day, the people who stopped making time for you, or replaced you with someone else, will return to you. They will come back to you when they realize that amongst everyone, you're the only one who understood them, and stood by them in their weakest moments. They will come knocking on your door, but it'll be too late for them by then. They will have missed their chance with you. They will have ruined what you could have had, and even though it will break your heart to turn them down and walk away, remind yourself that despite losing them, you still won in this situation.
