Not every day feels like progress. Some days feel like survival and that's okay. There will be seasons when it's hard to get out of bed. When the future feels too uncertain and the past too heavy. When even the smallest tasks feel like mountains. Give yourself permission to feel that. Not everything needs to be fixed right away. Some things just need to be felt. You don't have to turn every struggle into a lesson right now. What you do need is to remind yourself of this: you've felt like this before and you've made it through before. And you will again. So be gentle with yourself and rest if you need. But never forget that the storm always feels strongest just before it clears. And the version of you on the other side will thank you for not giving up.
