Trance/Channeling: A deeper state where the medium allows a spirit to control their body to speak directly, often used by "Ascended Masters" or groups like Abraham-Hicks. Divination Tools: Tarot cards, pendulums, and astrology are used for introspection and connecting with higher guidance. Healing Modalities: Reiki, Shamanism, and "laying on of hands" are used to channel Divine Light Energy for healing.
