Many of the behaviors we normalized are contributing to our anxiety. Checking a phone first thing in the morning before taking a conscious breath. Only getting sunlight when walking from a building to a car and from a car to a building. Sitting at a desk glued to screens and endless flows of information all day. Avoiding stillness in the name of "productivity" Turning to easy distractions instead of turning inward when discomfort arises. Most of us don't need another hack, pill, or retail therapy session. We need to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and focus on living more intentionally.
