It can be a challenge with so many things happening around us, I think it’s important to acknowledge how you are feeling. Journal on it, then practice gratitude. Maybe find ways to be of service to those in need. It’s ok to be sad or scared when sad and scary things are happening but it’s important to find gratitude and joy in what we have too… like a flower blossoming or waking up to the sunshine etc 💕
