Happy is here Life is too short to wait to be happy. To wait until you've got that job or until your tummy's not flabby. Happy isn't waiting until you've found the one or got over that person by which you were hard done. It's not biding it's time 'till you've had kids of your own or once those kids have grown. Happy doesn't need a fancy place to live. But it does needs you to have peace and to forgive. To live the moment rather than chasing what's next. To be happy for other's progress and see that there is no contest. To love the ones who make you feel warm and safe, regardless of your current state. It's letting go of what you can't control and anybody who's stopping you from being whole. Happy isn't constant sunshine and rainbows, it's finding peace in the storms, knowing that they shall go. Life is too short to look back one day and wish you'd been happy, more. No matter where you are, happy is waiting right here, on this side of the door.
