It’s a struggle for me tbh, I can’t really rest in general. Unfortunately I guess I’ve got some control issues! but I’m learning to let go, delegate and try to really rest…. But it’s a work in progress!

That can be so tough… it’s not easy to slow down and lean on others when you’re used to handling things yourself. But sometimes allowing help is the strongest thing you can do. How are you finding the balance between resting and still feeling involved?
