It's valid that you're anxious. You have so much on your plate. The future is uncertain. Trauma conditioned you to overthink, be hyper-vigilant, and beat yourself up. The potential of whatever you care about most not working out is always a looming possibility. There are so many reasons to not feel safe, stable, and okay right now. Through it all, I hope you learn how to be with yourself. To sit with yourself when your mind is at war and your body yearns for comfort. To give yourself the love, compassion, and consideration you deserve. Because you're not too much. You're not too sensitive. You're not too broken. You're just seeking peace, solace, and relief. Even if the outside world can't provide that to you, I have faith you can become a source of it for yourself.
