When you have sex with another person, you exchange energies. If that person is carrying around guilt, shame or trauma, you can energetically absorb that. It's like going around and plugging your phone into random peoples computers and downloading their files. If there are corrupt files in their system, you download them as well. Sex is a sacred act and should be treated as such.
