I don't mind being corrected. As long as it's done in a kind and respectful way. I actually appreciate it when someone helps me learn or do better, but how it's said really matters to me. I don't like it when people turn it into a joke or try to embarrass me just to look smarter. You can tell someone they're wrong without hurting their feelings. I'm always open to learning new things, but I won't stay quiet if I'm being disrespected or made fun of. Words can help, but they can also leave scars. Sometimes it's not what you say, but how you say it. Respect goes a long way, and it shows that you care more about helping someone grow than making them feel small.
