You don’t have to grow alone 🌱 I was reading a book called The Secret Life of Trees about how forests actually work, and it kind of changed how I see connection. Trees don’t just compete—they support each other. Through underground fungal networks (sometimes called the “wood wide web”), they can send nutrients to trees that are struggling. Sick tree? It gets extra resources. Young tree in the shade? The older ones help it survive. Nature doesn’t operate on “every tree for itself.” It operates on connection. And honestly… I think we’re meant to be more like that. The Purple Phoenix Collective isn’t about having it all together. It’s about being part of a forest where, when one of us is struggling, the others help carry some of that weight.
