Sacral Chakra Activity #2: In early recovery, The emotions that do return don't do so neatly; they often flood back all at once, creating confusion and overwhelm. Organizing them helps the brain process them. We are going to capture and categorize fleeting emotions before they turn into behavioral triggers. Using your dedicated chakra journal or a digital tool (like an outliner app or floating notes on your phone), start jotting down your thoughts quickly throughout the day. Create three main branches: Anger/Frustration, Sadness/Grief, and Joy/Relief. Whenever an intense emotion hits, jot down a single bullet point under the corresponding category that includes the time of day and the physical sensation. When you do the Sacral Chakra wrap up, review the outline. You will start to see the data and patterns behind your emotional tides, making them feel much less unpredictable. For better accuracy/understanding, continue this log for a month, or even until the end of your journey.
