Maybe the best thing for you to do right now is to accept the place you are in, to accept the way you are feeling, and remove the pressure you are putting on yourself to be feeling a certain way. Healing takes time, and no one can ever really tell you how much time it takes. It is a process, and what you are feeling right now is the first step in that process. Remove the pressure for it to happen overnight. Your days will get better, your healing is happening.
