Think about it as âacting as if itâs already doneâ. This is actually a really incredible neurological hack that we can use to manifest our goals much faster than through sheer act alone. Basically how it works is that you condition your brain to get use to a new normal, a new program, you create literal new neural pathways and the more you tell yourself the new construct, the more the neural pathways are hardwired and then they become the new normal and the default pathway for your thoughts to run on. Then once itâs your default and your behaviour starts to naturally reflect that, then boom, youâve just changed yourself into a new normal. So faking it until you make it is actually something that works and itâs just about practise and repetition. đ€
