Me too as I never heard of Heartmath 🤔

HeartMath is a set of techniques and scientific findings that focus on awakening the heart's natural power, wisdom, and magnetism! You practice it bit by bit every day so you can conciously feel connected to the heart and exist in coherence with yourself and the greater electromagnetic field! The key is the cultivation of heart qualities like love.
