COLLAPSE Sometimes we stay in circumstances because we are too afraid of them collapsing and of feeling the pain that exists beneath that collapse. That pain is almost always connected to previous grief, previous loss, and the memory of what it took to rebuild yourself before. So you remain in situations and circumstances that make you feel safe, even when that safety is an illusion. The truth is not always that you do not want something different. Often, you simply do not want to feel the pain of loss again. Do not stay in circumstances that hold you together based on what you do not want to feel. Fear of loss is not the same as alignment.
Others want to hear from you, so why not share your thoughts ☁️
