Yes, that’s correct! I’m only just looking into it but finding it fascinating. The concept that ALL living things have inherent value & that humans are not superior to other life forms, really resonates with me. I’ve never been able to understand how, as the alleged superior animals on this planet, we are the only ones destroying it and constantly hurting others from our own species, not necessarily for survival but for power or ‘fun’ even. It worries me to think that we are the superior species! 😳
