For these recent days at night (and before) I got my common intrusive thoughts from emotions that seem still suppressed or what I don’t really want to give my time anymore because either nothing can be done with it or it’s just temporary… I literally try to bring myself to think of something good and then imagine it. If my brain still wants to think of the bad or having hard time shake those thoughts off or imagining it, I was trying to bring it back to positive side. As huge daydreamer that part is relatively easy for me. Once you imagine, thoughts naturally shift to good direction too. At least I was thinking of something better and that’s a win! 🐙🩷👍🏻
