DETACH Some things are more challenging than others to let go of because of the varying levels of attachment that we may have, whether it is emotional, physical, or psychological. There are various reasons that we may be attached to something, and sometimes what we are attached to is only habitual attachment, as opposed to a real attachment or one that is actually beneficial for you. It is also worthwhile remembering that these attachments were likely formed at a time when you are not who you are now, and you are trying to carry that through. So be mindful of how worthy your attachments are in your life and how much they are actually serving where you are going. Are they keeping you stuck and stagnant, or are they actually moving with you into new territory?
