Why do family dynamics sometimes feel so hard?

Me and mum are like 🤞🥰 but we do have our ups and downs 😡😢😤so frustrating!!!!!

Tell me about it, I often feel I have emotional whiplash after seeing or speaking to my mom.

Mother daughter relationships can be tricky. Have you thought of exploring counseling together?

I wish I knew too 😀I’m still trying to figure it out. I think by nature, they are complicated but they are also worth the effort 🫶
