Yes, it’s definitely a challenge but the more I fight it, the longer it takes me to recover, so I’ve learnt to give myself time to heal as well as work! Feel better soon!

Sadly I’m better at giving advice than taking it myself, as I generally push through! In general I try to practice prevention rather than cures. However, sometimes things can’t be helped, then I have to delegate and trust that things will be fine without me for a few days (which I’m not great at but I’m learning!)

I’ve learned that giving myself permission to fully rest, even for just a day, helps me bounce back stinger and more focused. When i try to push through, things take longer and i end up feeling worse.
