The million dollar question! I think the secret is to catch it before we get to burn out. Burn out can look like: no energy, depression, no motivation, overwhelm that stays for a while. Best action in is going back to fundamental self care basics: eat well, sleep & rise at the same time in a cool room, movement & reduce stress. Easy on paper, can be harder in practice but it’s definitely possible. Maybe also draw better boundaries with work. Don’t take it home with you etc so you have a safe space to relax.
