someday, i'll find a man who meets all my standards and calls it the bare minimum. a man who does the things others complain about. a man who replies with respect, stays honest, keeps his word, and reassures me without being asked. he won't complain about loyalty, effort, or giving time. he won't act tired of loving me the right way. he will do it naturally, because that's just who he is. he will understand that being kind, faithful, and consistent isn't rare. it's the way love should be. and while others say my standards are too high, he'll show me they were simply the right ones all along.
