When the shadow is brought up to the surface, the only purpose of that is for you to encounter more of the Light that has always been there. If you cannot see the Light in those situations or people, this means you are also missing the opportunity to connect with your very essence of Love Light. The shadow allows for more Light to be revealed, and it is not asking you to cling to it or stay in a loop of fear and judgment, for this will only keep you in the darkness. If you feel like you are being swallowed by mainstream and conspiracy news, you are hooked in a dualistic cycle and caught in the fishing net. Remember its purpose is to guide you into the Light - your own.
