Wow, ok. So I didn’t do all the exercises as I didn’t have the resources or time for some but the ones I did do, really made me realize just how much I use food to avoid feeling anything at all. And how I don’t know how to be when I’m not shoving food into my mouth to numb myself. The exercises are excellent and I will work through them but for me this is a lot of work to do in one week. So I will take it slowly. But I’m very grateful for the exercises 🙏🙏🙏🙏
