Every once in a while, in between the great moments, you pause to think of how there might be a day when these great moments won't happen again. All you will be left with are the memories, the small flashes of happiness. They'll be blurry in your mind over time, but the way they made you feel will never fade. And even though that makes you sad, it all makes you feel proud of yourself - because you understand that when you chase after a connection in the beginning, you can never know whether it's going to last or not. Nothing is certain. Yet you take that leap of faith, because your heart is brave and hopeful, and recognises that when you find someone that makes you happy, you hold on to them. No matter how much time you get with each other, you still choose to love, even if it's only for a few fleeting moments.
