December is the final chapter of the year and it may be one where people share their highlights. Let this be your reminder not to compare yourself to others. It's okay if this year wasn't about big achievements or milestones, being alive is an achievement. Making it through hard and painful times is an achievement. So, if you're entering this final chapter with a heavy heart, know I'm proud of you. I'm so glad you made it.
