As a woman, I am more afraid of not being financially stable than of being unmarried. Marriage is not the only thing that can give a woman security, peace, or purpose. I want to be able to stand on my own, pay my bills without stress, help my family when they need me, and never feel trapped in situations just because I have no money. Love is beautiful, but love alone cannot fix unpaid bills, empty pockets, or a future without stability. I'd rather build a life where I feel safe, independent, and capable than rush into a relationship out of fear of being alone. Being unmarried doesn't scare me. But struggling every day, depending on others, and not having enough for myself and the people love truly does.
