How can I be a better girlfriend if we are long distance. I always fear I'm going to do something that makes it seem like I don't care about her. I have done some things that arguably make me a bad girlfriend but some things are because of my family/events. For example I couldn't make my gf a valentines gift because I was going yo be away and if I brag something with me to show her my family would have found out. I can't risk being kicked out. And I do think that I could have done something but at the time I felt a bit stuck
