🌠 Identity Beyond the Trauma Narrative Trauma narrows identity. It can quietly turn into: “I am the anxious one.” “I am the one this happened to.” “I am broken.” The story becomes tight. Compressed. Over-defined by impact. But identity is larger than the worst chapter. Psychologically, there’s something called self-distancing — the ability to observe your experience from a wider frame. Not to deny it. Not to minimize it. But to contextualize it. When we zoom out — cosmically, existentially — something shifts. You are not just the event. You are the consciousness living through it. You are a temporary arrangement of ancient matter, shaped by experience but not reducible to it. In the Cosmic Healing Circle, we’ll explore questions like: • Who am I beyond what happened? • How can I put my experience into a cosmic perspective? • What identity is emerging now? Healing is not erasing the past. It’s expanding the frame until the past becomes one star in a much larger sky. 🌌
