An amendment to my last post here….. Turns out the reason I’ve been dragging my feet the last few days is because I’ve come down with a head cold! So my ‘get started’ has turned to ‘get resting, sipping honey & lemon teas and get self caring’! Just a reminder to rest whilst you’re hustling ya all! Sending love 💗 🤒💤

Sounds like your body is asking for some extra care. Rest is just as important as action, and taking the time to heal now will help you come back even stronger!

That explains it too…that gentle breathing meditation can help with that too. My recent cold took 3-4 days to pass.
