I'm a withered tree of autumn 🍁, leaving traces behind as I go. Lived long enough to see a life, of a couple young in love died old along. I'm a withered tree of autumn 🍁, shedding tears of brown on a dusty road. Cried for a kid who lost someone, and could never retrieve even in the shadows. I'm a withered tree of autumn 🍁, Standing tall holding my ground. Smiled at a little girl playing, feeding cute puppy dogs. I'm a withered tree of autumn 🍁, Now waiting to be cutted alone. To be used as the curled up sheets, of someone's diary left to be known. - Leena Kaushik. A short poem on Fall written by me. 🍁🍂🧡🍊
